Todd had never been to Westport (Washington ocean) so we decided to go and spend the day there. When we walked out on the long dock there were lots of people catching crabs :) Luckily WE didn't catch crabs ;)
My kids are growing up quickly and becoming more and more adorable even when they are playing with icky crabs....
It was such a beautiful day....the kids were having so much fun playing with the crabs before they jumped back in the water
This was about as close as Todd got to catching crabs.....the crab got a good hold on his flip flop :)

This was one of the cool things we saw in the water
Vanessa explaining to Todd or maybe it was the other way around about what the sign said before they climbed to the top of the tower, while the only SANE one in the group (ME) was safely on the ground taking pictures of the INSANE crazy people going up the tower
My kids (to me at least) are the cutest thing EVER!!!
Once Matthew's feet hit the sand he laid down and started making sand angels

This was how Matthew decided to carry his flip flops, he said they were his arm shields
We are a family of flip flops :)
Todd's first experience putting his feet in Washington's ocean....he was in the water for about 2 seconds and turned around yelling how freaking dang cold that water is, we are all insane for getting in the water!!!! It was so funny. Ya'll must remember he is from Southern California where they are pampered with warm water....
Matthew is the king of the world!!!
After he made it to the top Matthew had to run down the hill
So Vanessa had to follow him down the hill
And of course I couldn't post a blog without a traditional Sarah pic ;)
The beautiful view I had sitting in the sand....it was such a nice day to be by the water
