This is basically going to be a photo dump and then hopefully I can get back to keeping my blog up to date!!! So many things have changed and happened in the past 9 months its crazy!! Since my last post on here, we have now moved to Utah!! Funny cause I ALWAYS said I'd NEVER live in Utah and be a Utah Mormon....let me say this, it has definitely taken some getting used to for sure! Utah living is not the same as Washington that's for sure!! But we are loving it here, NOT missing the rain by any means but for sure missing our family in Washington!
We did get to go home for Christmas....oh our way to the airport we spent the day in downtown Seattle on the water front....

We've been trying to step out of our "comfort zones" since we moved here....I went out with some people from work one night and they wanted to go for Sushi....yeah never had it, didn't really care to ever have it haha but the kids insisted that I bring them home some to try!!
It looks a bit weird but it wasn't too bad....not running out to go have it AGAIN anytime soon haha but it was an interesting experience!!!
We even tried roller skating haha AND no I didn't fall on my bootie! I was shocked! There were a million little crazy kids going every where, which shocked me that I wasn't on my bootie most of the time! But it was fun to show my kids I did know how to roller skate still!!!
Good heck I love this girl!

So way back in November, Tucker text me and said he knew Vanessa isn't 16 yet but would it be ok if he asked her to go to his Senior Prom? As you can see from the crazy pictures, she said yes haha these 2 I swear...they make me laugh :)
We are more like sisters most of the time being crazy together!!
I was kinda dreading the dress hunt...but this was the first one she tried on and we both LOVED it....And of course she looks GORGEOUS in it!!!
Vanessa was in a teen living class at school....for the weekend she had to take care of this mechanical baby....by the end of the weekend, it was known as the devil baby from hell and she doesn't want to have kids anytime soon!!!
by the first night she was exhausted haha
Since Matthew had been such a good sport about prom dress shopping and everything else we decided to have a day about Matthew....we decided we'd go to Scheels....he loved it! But this was also the weekend Vanessa was mommy....she had to carry the baby around with her everywhere and feed it and change it. People kept looking at her like she had a real baby and totally judging us! It was great!!! :D
Matthew got to babysit for Vanessa for a little bit so she could have a break....

Matthew got to be apart of this thing they do in Utah for all the 5th graders called "Hope of America" I had no idea it was such a big thing! It was at BYU and was amazing! He loved every second of it too!!

We decided to start getting Bountiful Baskets! We are hooked and love having all the fruit and veggies in the house!!
Vanessa took a "foods" class in school and now she bakes ALL the time...might explain why I can't seem to lose any weight but seriously...that girl can bake!!!
I got burnt on day....she saw I was peeling and attacked me haha
I have the most amazing kids...they spoiled me on Mother's Day....breakfast in bed, flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and Vanessa made Italian stuffed shells for dinner....
So Vanessa is on this "natural" kick haha so we put mayonnaise in her hair haha it was so gross but made it really soft!!!
Then she made us these face masks and body scrubs haha it completely looks like we have sh*$ on our faces, but it was coffee and chocolate haha so it actually smelled really good but looks absolutely disgusting haha
So we were driving back from getting Matthew's new scout shirt and I'm driving and I all the sudden busted out laughing and almost crashed!!! Don't worry there is a tiny skirt up around her waist but dang...so wasn't expecting to see that going down the freeway!!!
MY MOMMY CAME TO VISIT!!!! It had been since Christmas when I saw her last and man that was way too long!!!

On our way to Tucker's graduation...I look in my mirror and this is what I see....LMAO I love that crazy hilarious kid....he is always making me laugh and smile!!!
So proud of this young man...he's had a rough year and he's still come out smiling!!!
Matthew's last day of school and he finishes with straight A's!!!
This was the year I expected lower grades then normal with all the moving and changes, but nope.....she too ended the year with straight A's!! So proud of both my kids!
Anyone who knows me...knows I'm a complete sucker for anything salted caramel....yeah this was like dying and going to heaven in a jar!!!!!
The kids decided to spend the month of June in Washington seeing everyone....so we met mum and dad in Oregon and went camping for the weekend....but it was a 6 hour drive with 3 kids stuck in the backseat together....
They were constantly changing positions!! It's a good thing we don't have personal space issues in this family haha
Had so much fun spending the weekend with my parents....I have missed them so much!
I wanted to make sure my daddy didn't forget my face, so I stole his phone and took a bunch of completely normal looking pictures for him!!! hehe
it was quite comical watching Nana and Matthew get the air out of the tent to fold it up haha

WHEW!!!! I left a lot out but you get the jest of our crazy life over the past 9 months!! We are so excited for the summer in Utah and enjoy being outside and having fun together!!! Can't wait for my parents to be down here for the 4th!!!
